Prepare automated deployments for beta.sure.im (#49)

We need automated (nightly) deployments of the code to beta.sure.im installation.

%eric - can you provide me with the details of the beta.sure.im environment - machine information, webserver information (with access as well)?

Added beta.sure.im to t4.tigase.org.

Setup nginx http://beta.sure.im/

DocumentRoot: /home/webapp/beta.sure.im/

Your ssh keys are installed there.

New jenkins job was created. It will be run with the schedule "H 3 * * *" (i.e. between 3:00 and 3:59am).

It may be handy to have the current version printed somewhere on the webpage.

Andrzej, this is for your needs to test new code for the web client. Please check it out if it is OK and close the ticket.

Looks that this works. There was issue that in this project development version was still in devel branch while published version was from master branch so I converted repository to new layout to make it work with new jenkins job and to comply with new layout.
