Can not log in. (#33)

To whom it may concern,

I have just registered for an xmpp account, but am unable to log in.

I created a 16-character password.

Client I am using is imo for iOS.

Any suggestions what might be wrong?

This is caused by the bug in the server related to special characters. If you used in the password for example "&" you would have to replace it with "&" and then you will be able to login. For the moment I would recommend changing the password afterwards.
