Avatar setting from gallery (#72)

A function to allow user to set an avatar from a phone gallery.

This almost works, except the client dies when I select a photo from a gallery.

Changed implementation for reading photo from Android store.

Still fails when a photo is selected from a gallery. I am not sure, though if these photos are stored locally on my mobile or they are on Picassa. I have never copied them on the phone, they showed automatically when I configured my gmail account.

I tried to select photo stored locally on device and on Picassa. It worked without any problems in both cases.

I have run a few experiments and it looks like, if the photo is taken on the mobile, then setting it into the card works without problems, however, if the photo is taken on a different device, perhaps with different resolution then the application crashes.

In such a case we can consider it working to satisfactory extent for version 1.0. I am assigning it for further investigation for next version.

This issue is fixed in upcoming Messenger 2.0 which is right now in development and we need to make it more stable before release.
